1.  How soon after photoshoots or weddings are photos delivered?

- All Photos are delivered instantly at the photoshoot location to your phone with our trusted mobile wireless image transfer app.

2.  How do you prefer to communicate?

- We prefer to keep in touch primarily by phone call as its faster and easier to offer better clarity to your inquiry. Email, text or via whatsapp messenger, instagram or facebook works as well.

3.  How many photos will i receive?

- Unless noted for your selected photoshoot package, you typically receive all images.

​

4.  How do i book your photography services?

- After clarifying your specific photography date/time/location request with us, you can secure our photography services by paying a 50% non refundable deposit via zelle or via our website's payment page. We get notified immediately when payment is sent and typically call you back to confirm that we receive payment. 

​

5.  What forms of payment do you accept?

- We accept via my website debit or credit cards, zelle or paypal and prefer usd cash as remaining payment when we meetup in person for your photo or video shoot.

​

6.  How do you edit photos?

- We typically process all images in photoshop with our signature business photography preset before delivery to your email. For basic shoots, specific edits such as teeth whitening, blemish removal and skin retouching, body shaping are done upon request of the client for an additional fee.

7.  Does your photographers shoot on resorts as well? 

- Yes we do. We highly recommend the option to shoot at a secure nearby beach that is in close proximity to your resort to provide a more authentic island of Jamaica photoshoot experience. As well as there is less restrictions in terms of additional fees that resorts in Jamaica may charge for us to access the property as well as the ability to setup better lighting for your photoshoot off-resort.

8.  What do you charge for travel?  

- We charge direct travel expenses like gas, food, airfare, accommodations etc. Every location is different and travel expenses can vary, so please contact me for more details.

9.  What if i need to reschedule my photoshoot?

- If you need to reschedule, we normally suggest an earlier or later time of the day or change the date for your photoshoot. 

​

10.  Will our photos showup on your website or business social media?

- As a team its very important for us to show consistent body of work in order to attract new clients and remain competitive in the marketplace. However if you rather not have your image on our website or social media, then feel free to let us know and we will respect your decision.

11.  Do you work with a second shooter?

- Yes we do, especially for our premium wedding packages.

​

12.  Do you have backup equipment?

- Yes we do!!! We own many professional cameras, plenty lighting equipment and too many lenses lol.

13.  How far in advance can i book your photography services?

- Some of our clients book as far as 2 years in advance so as to secure the photographer they desire for their wedding day. Most couples book our photography service 3-15 months in advance.

14.  Can i send you photo inspirational ideas from pinterest that i may have for my photoshoot?

- Yes definately. We are all about pleasing our clients.

15.  What happens if my initial photographer get sick or injured?

- I have a reliable team of professional photographers & videographers thats very flexible, who understands my brand and vision of how i shoot. So as to ensure that your wedding or photoshoot will be secure.

16.  Do you do videography as well?

- Yes i typically offer videography as an addition for our premium wedding photography packages.

​

 

17.  Can you shoot in rain or bad weather?

- Sure!!! Our cameras are weather sealed and we have the magic lenses and professionalism against any rain or bad weather.

18.  Where in Jamaica is your photography business located? 

- Our main office is in Montego Bay and our service covers the entire island of Jamaica.

19.  Do you also provide transportation or tours in Jamaica?

- Yes we do!!! LiveLimeRecords.com is partnered with Jamstar Tours who offers vacation packages. Excursions to popular tourist spots in Jamaica such as Dunns River Falls in Ocho Rios, Rick's Cafe in Negril, Blue Hole, Bob Marley Museum & many others.

22.  Do you offer refunds?

- No!!! Due to the nature of daily inquiries, there are usually a constant demand for certain dates or times so a deposit is to secure your spot us. If you forfeit your photoshoot with us you can have a credit. Credits are valid for 2 years and are transferrable from person to person.
